The Websites can be very much useless, if it doesn’t get the desired visitors through search engines. Placing you keywords in the right place will help you get a better ranking for your website in SERP.
Following are the easy points you can follow to increase your web page strength for your keywords.
- Use Google keyword Tool to analysis what keywords or terms your people would searching. Analyze the keywords for traffic.
- Choose some prominent keywords (Recommended number of keywords =5)
- Then Start Developing the content for your keywords (All the search engine loves texts)
- Never copy the content for any other website.
- Plug-in the keywords in Bold or header tag, naturally into your content
- Place the most important keywords in the title tag
- Please those keywords in the meta keyword tag.
- If possible get the keyword in the domain. (Ex: if you are into a computer repair services in LA the you could choose Computer-Repair-LA.Us or .com)
- Once this done.. There are some famous tool to check your, web page strength (I use SEOMOZ tools).
SEO doesn’t end their, Once you are confident. Start popularity of your website on internet using link building techniques.

I agree with angelinjones,
But there are other ways to generate links, obviously articles are a great way to get one way links but you can use the likes of Zementa who put a useful Reblog link at the bottom of your post so that other bloggers can then grab a block quote from your post which they then put on their blog and thus give you a valuable one way link. I have seen quite a few one way links coming from this direction in my WordPress Stats.
Leaving comments on high traffic blogs like Problogger is another great way to generate higher value links. Pingbacks and Trackbacks are also useful with the search engines.
